Do I need to be a student to choose Student?
No. Anyone can choose Student. It is priced for students and covers regular weekly study and clinical questions.
What happens if I run out of AI credits?
On Free, upgrade to keep asking. On Student or Pro, add a top-up any time: 5,000 credits for $5. Your search allowance is separate and keeps working.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits reset each billing month. Top-up credits are kept separately and last for up to 12 months.
Is Free a time-limited trial?
No time limit. Free is a one-time allowance of 300 searches and 750 AI credits that never expires. It does not refill each month.
How do I cancel?
From your account, at any time. You keep paid access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Why might my price differ from a colleague's?
Prices are set by country so PhysioKeys is affordable worldwide. Every country gets the same allowances, and billing is in US dollars.
